Overview

Bullet Drop helps users quickly find and purchase sauces through a structured mobile shopping experience. The app focuses on filtering and browsing, aiming to simplify product discovery and decision-making. This project explores how usability testing revealed critical interaction issues affecting conversion.

Problem

Users were unable to complete the main flow. The completion rate was 28.6%, while the drop-off rate reached 71.4%. Issues appeared across multiple steps: unclear filters, lack of system feedback, and difficult interactions. Users lost confidence and abandoned tasks.

Solution

I conducted usability testing and redesigned key interactions based on user behavior. Filters were simplified, system feedback was introduced, and interaction patterns were made more predictable. The changes focused on clarity and reducing user errors.

Outcome

The redesign improved task completion and reduced errors. Misclick rate decreased significantly, and users were able to navigate the interface with more confidence. The main improvement came from making system responses clear and visible.
